Sales Executive

What you'll do

  • Own outbound to SMBs in your assigned vertical — calls, demos, follow-ups.
  • Close trials into paid in under 14 days; we run a 60-day free trial so urgency comes from you.
  • Bring real objections back to product weekly. Your feedback ships.
  • Hit a monthly logo target with a 3-month ramp; bonus uncapped.

You probably have

  • 1–4 years SaaS or SMB-product sales experience (or strong B2C closer track record).
  • Comfort with high call volume — 40–60 dials/day in ramp.
  • Functional English + working Hindi or Kannada.

Network Support Engineer

What you'll do

  • Be the first responder for customer-facing incidents on chat and voice infrastructure.
  • Investigate failures end-to-end: widget → CDN edge → Cloudflare Tunnel → backend → AI providers.
  • Write postmortems that get read; we publish blameless writeups internally each Friday.
  • Pair with senior engineers on root-cause fixes — promotion to backend / platform happens regularly.

You probably have

  • CCNA / Network+ / equivalent OR 1+ year hands-on Linux networking debugging.
  • Comfort reading logs, running tcpdump, and writing a small Python or Bash script when needed.
  • Patience to talk a non-technical customer through a problem on the phone.

HR Executive

What you'll do

  • Run the full sourcing-to-offer cycle for sales + engineering hires.
  • Own onboarding so every new hire is shipping in week one, not week four.
  • Be the trusted advisor team leads come to for performance conversations, retention, and growth plans.
  • Build the people-ops playbook for a team going from 30 to 100 this year.

You probably have

  • 2–5 years HR experience, ideally at a startup or growing SMB.
  • Comfort owning hiring for technical roles (you don't need to code, but you need to listen well).
  • Strong written communication — most offers, feedback, and onboarding land in writing first.
